Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, Butler House has a strict policy of 48 hours notice on Individual room bookings & 72 hours on Group bookings of 3 rooms +. In the event of Butler House not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Please phone or email Butler House direct in order to cancel your reservation. For any special requests please do not hesitate to contact us direct.
